Mail Tracking

A customer with no knowledge of tracking his or her mail can follow the following easy and simplified steps:

Firstly, proceed by checking at the bottom of the official receipt given by the cashier to assess the two customers’ service contacts.

Use either of the following customer service contacts (077-907-9333/ 088-170-9675) for prompt respond or send a quick message on the ministry Facebook page (Ministry of Posts & Telecommunications).

Customers can also personally track their mail using the following websites:

(a) For the United States of America, please goggle (USPS tracking),

(b) For Europe, Asia, and South America, please goggle (track IT international),

(c) For Canada, customers should goggle (Canada post tracking)

(d) For Australia, customers should goggle (Australia post tracking).

Note:  The bureau is pleased to receive grievances from customers and will ensure all concerns are adequately addressed.

It is important to note that the Ministry of Posts & Telecommunications was established to provide postal services to all citizens and residents of Liberia at an affordable cost. At present, the Ministry is charging a minimum fee of USD 16.9 per 1kg or its Liberian dollars equivalent which is subject to change in line with economic realities.
