Hon. Fohn S. Dolomengi
Hon. Fohn S. Dolomengi is the Deputy Minister for Postal Operations, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications Republic of Liberia. Hon. Dolomengi was born in Ganta Nimba County, grew up in Sanniquellie, Nimba County. In 2001 He earned two Masters, one in Telecommunications and the other in Health and Human Service Administration from the St Mary’s University of Minnesota, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agronomy from the University of Minnesota, College of Agriculture, in the United States of America in 1985. Hon. Dolomengi returned to Liberia with a wealth of experience from abroad with a passion to serve his country Liberia. He was appointed by the President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf in 2012 as Deputy Minister for Postal Operations.
He is a results oriented Administrator/Policy Analyst with over 30 years of experience in Agricultural and Telecommunications related industries in the United States, with good understanding of E-Commerce and agricultural commodities policies, processes and procedure. He also possesses a wealth of knowledge in policies development, standards and regulations affecting public policies and infrastructural development.
He is happily married with six (6) children.
